Continuous rubber curing processes form an integral part of a variety of elastomere production processes. Precipitation hardened stainless steel belts help make these processes feasible and reliable, as they serve as pressure and temperature transfer media at the same time. Standard surface finish(es):
- mill finish according to

- ground on one side*
- ground on both sides*
* (the most suitable grit and grinding pattern should be decided upon with our technicians)
Tolerances:
width tolerance: +/- 1 mm (+/- 2 mm for longwelded belts)
thickness tolerance: +/- 10%
Belt material(s):
For this special, highly demanding application, we recommend using only high tensile strength, PH-grade stainless steels such as our CB 630 SGM, which was developed and optimized by our experienced technicians in cooperation with experts from recognized research institutes. read more on belt materials...
