Various users of steel belts in the chocolate industry motivated us to develop a new material for chocolate mass transportation. They obviously had problems with operating old-fashioned carbon-steel belts which still had riveted joints and which also incorporated a considerable number of other  drawbacks such as the oxidation of the surface as well as the brittleness of the material. 
With our new, weldable microstructured carbon steel belt material CB 105 SGF, which we especially developed for this type of application, we managed to solve all the above mentioned problems. Furthermore, we can provide a special cutting and welding device for installing steel belts.
